The promise

POG comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you don't love it, we'll refund you. No questions, no return shipping, no empty-tub gymnastics. Keep the tub or toss it. We just want you to feel good about trying us.

How it works

  1. Email hello@trypog.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
  2. We'll confirm within one business day and process your refund to your original payment method.
  3. Funds typically land in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

That's it. You don't need to ship anything back. You don't need a return label. You don't need to find the original packaging.

What's covered

  • One-time orders — full refund within 30 days of delivery.
  • Subscription orders — full refund on your most recent shipment within 30 days. Pause, skip, or cancel future shipments anytime in your account.
  • Damaged or wrong items — email us a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost. No need to return the original.

Subscriptions: pause, skip, cancel

You can pause, skip, or cancel your POG subscription anytime from your customer account. No phone calls, no retention pop-ups, no fees. Cancellations take effect before your next billing date as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before the next charge.

Exchanges

Want to switch flavors? Easiest path: keep the tub you have, place a new order for the flavor you want, and email us — we'll refund the original order so you only pay once.

EU & UK customers

In addition to the above, EU and UK customers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to cancel for any reason. The 30-day guarantee runs alongside this and is the longer of the two windows.
