Shipping policy

POG ships to all 50 US states. We don't currently ship internationally. APO and FPO addresses are supported.

PROCESSING

Orders placed before 12pm ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm ET, on weekends, or on US federal holidays ship the next business day.

DELIVERY

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the ship date. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

SHIPPING COST

Free standard shipping on every order. No minimum.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription orders ship on the same schedule as one-time orders. Each cycle's tracking number is emailed when the order leaves our facility.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate the package, please wait 48 hours (carriers occasionally scan ahead), then check with neighbors and your local carrier. If it still hasn't turned up, email support@trypog.co with your order number and we'll work with you on a replacement.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the package and contents and email support@trypog.co within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace damaged orders at no charge.

ADDRESS CHANGES

We ship to the address provided at checkout. If you need to update your address after placing an order, email support@trypog.co immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute it.
